4. AI Tool Data Processing

CopyRocket AI provides a suite of AI-powered tools that rely on third-party AI providers for processing. It is important that you understand how your data flows through these systems:

  • When you use an AI tool, your input (text prompt, image description, etc.) is sent from our servers to the relevant third-party AI provider for processing.
  • The AI provider generates a response (text, image, audio, etc.) and returns it to our servers, which then deliver it to you.
  • Your inputs are not permanently stored on CopyRocket AI servers. They are transmitted in real time and discarded after the response is delivered.
  • We do not use your inputs or outputs to train any AI models. Your content remains yours.

The third-party AI providers we use include:

  • OpenRouter: Provides access to multiple large language models for text generation and content creation tasks.
  • Google Gemini: Powers certain text generation and analysis features within our tools.
  • OpenAI: Provides language model capabilities for select content generation and copywriting tools.
  • fal.ai: Handles AI image generation and visual content creation processing.
  • ElevenLabs: Processes text-to-speech and audio generation requests.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies to understand how they process data. We select providers that commit to not using input data for model training, but we cannot guarantee the practices of third parties beyond our contractual agreements with them.

5. Third-Party Services

In addition to our AI providers, we use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

5.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-6WE0NE1TJ1) to collect anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our Platform. Google Analytics uses cookies to gather information such as pages visited, session duration, traffic sources, and approximate geographic location. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Platform. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5.2 AI Service Providers

As described in Section 4, we use OpenRouter, Google Gemini, OpenAI, fal.ai, and ElevenLabs to process AI tool requests. These services receive only the data necessary to fulfill your specific request.

5.3 Payment Processors

If we offer paid services or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not directly store your full credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information on our servers. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

6. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement a variety of technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS protocols.
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored on our servers, including authentication credentials, is encrypted using industry-standard algorithms.
  • Access controls: Administrative access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel through secure authentication mechanisms, including hashed passwords and session management.
  • Rate limiting: We implement rate limiting on API endpoints and tool usage to prevent abuse, denial-of-service attacks, and excessive automated requests.
  • Regular security reviews: We periodically review our security practices and update them as needed to address emerging threats.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents that may occur.

We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Our retention practices vary by data type:

  • AI tool inputs and outputs: Processed transiently and not permanently stored. Data is discarded after the response is delivered to you.
  • Account information: Retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Contact form submissions: Retained for a reasonable period to respond to and resolve your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months.
  • Usage and analytics data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months in Google Analytics. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
  • Cookies: Cookie lifespans vary; session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while persistent cookies may remain for up to 12 months.

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

8. Your Rights
