1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the website, using any of our AI-powered tools, reading blog content, or registering for an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

CopyRocket AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides a suite of free and premium tools designed to help users generate, transform, and optimize content. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Premium features and expanded usage limits are available through our premium platform at https://ma.copyrocket.ai. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

The majority of CopyRocket AI's free tools are accessible without creating an account. However, certain administrative functions require authenticated access.

Currently, user accounts are limited to administrative accounts. If you have been granted an admin account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
  • Immediately notifying us at contact@copyrocket.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to generate, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.
  • Generate NSFW (Not Safe for Work), sexually explicit, or pornographic content using any of our AI tools, including but not limited to image generation, text generation, and voice synthesis.
  • Use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, collect, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent the free tool usage limits through any means, including but not limited to creating multiple sessions, using proxy servers, spoofing identifiers, or employing other technical methods to evade rate limits.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the Service or any networks or servers connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any content generated through the Service without our express written permission, except as otherwise permitted herein.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation removing offending content, suspending or terminating access, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate text, images, audio, music, and other content ("AI-Generated Content"). You acknowledge and agree to the following regarding AI-Generated Content:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy — AI-Generated Content may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, biases, inconsistencies, or misleading information. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-Generated Content.
  • User Responsibility — You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-Generated Content before using, publishing, or distributing it. You should not rely on AI-Generated Content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
  • Non-Uniqueness — AI-Generated Content may not be unique. Other users may receive identical or substantially similar outputs when providing similar inputs or prompts to the same AI models. We do not guarantee the originality or exclusivity of any AI-Generated Content.
  • No Endorsement — The generation of any content through our Service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that content by CopyRocket AI.
  • Potential for Harmful Output — Despite our best efforts to implement safeguards, AI models may occasionally produce unexpected, inappropriate, or unintended outputs. If you encounter such content, please report it to us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its original content (excluding User-provided inputs and AI-Generated Content), features, functionality, design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, and underlying technology, is and shall remain the exclusive property of CopyRocket AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying technology without our express written consent.

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of any original content, prompts, text, images, or other materials that you provide as inputs to the Service ("User Inputs"). By submitting User Inputs to the Service, you grant CopyRocket AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, and transmit your User Inputs solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content Ownership: Ownership of AI-Generated Content is a developing area of law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use AI-Generated Content created through your use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding your ownership rights in AI-Generated Content, and you acknowledge that such rights may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-Generated Content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

License for Processed Content: By using the Service, you grant CopyRocket AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and temporarily store content submitted through the platform as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service, except in anonymized, aggregated form for the purpose of improving our models and Service.

7. Free Tool Usage Limits

CopyRocket AI provides many of its tools free of charge, subject to per-user usage limits. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Each tool has a defined usage limit per user, which may vary by tool type and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.
  • Usage limits are tracked on a per-user basis using database-backed persistence. Limits may reset periodically as determined by our system configuration.
  • Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit usage limits, including but not limited to using automated means, multiple accounts, VPNs, proxies, or other technical methods to exceed your allotted usage, may result in temporary or permanent bans from the Service.
  • Users who require higher usage limits or access to premium features may obtain them through our premium platform at https://ma.copyrocket.ai.
  • We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or eliminate free usage limits at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure services to process and generate content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your content (including User Inputs and generated outputs) may be transmitted to and processed by the following third-party services:

  • OpenRouter — AI model routing and inference for text generation tasks.
  • Google Gemini — Advanced AI language model capabilities for content generation and analysis.
  • fal.ai — AI image generation and visual content creation services.
  • ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis, text-to-speech, and voice cloning services.
  • OpenAI — AI language model capabilities for various content generation tasks.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of these services. CopyRocket AI is not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of any third-party service provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CopyRocket AI expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
  • Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • Any warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-Generated Content or other output produced by the Service.
  • Any warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
  • Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service.

You use the Service at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CopyRocket AI or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CopyRocket AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any AI-Generated Content or other output produced by the Service, including any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions therein.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

In no event shall CopyRocket AI's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to CopyRocket AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00). The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and regardless of whether CopyRocket AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CopyRocket AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of and access to the Service.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity right, confidentiality right, or privacy right.
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, including User Inputs and any use you make of AI-Generated Content.
  • Any claim that your use of AI-Generated Content caused damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate or suspend your access for:

  • Violations of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use provisions.
  • Abuse of free tool usage limits or attempts to circumvent rate limiting mechanisms.
  • Engaging in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
  • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.
  • Extended periods of inactivity on administrative accounts.
  • Unexpected technical or security issues or problems.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which CopyRocket AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the applicable jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are accessing the Service from outside the primary operating jurisdiction, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent that local laws are applicable. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The failure of CopyRocket AI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
